  • I-9 Employment Verification: $35

  • Mobile Notary Services: $55 base fee for travel (rates may vary in rural areas)

 

APOSTILLE SERVICES

  • First Apostille: $125

  • Each Additional Apostille: $100

 

DOCUMENT PREPARATION

  • Personal Forms – Base fee: $40 (fees may vary by form)

  • Deeds (Title Transfers, etc.):
     • Preparation Only: $250
     • Full Process Service: $325

  • Deed of Trust & Note Preparation: $700

  • Living Trust / Inter Vivos Trust: $1,500
     • Half paid at start, balance upon completion

 

FAMILY & ESTATE SERVICES

  • Divorces – Full Process: $1,500
     • Court fees not included
     • Hourly rate for preparation: $75

  • Bookkeeping Setup Fee: $300

  • Ongoing Bookkeeping Services: Starting at $225/month

 

MISCELLANEOUS SERVICES

  • Copies: $0.25 per page

  • Fax Services:
     • First page: $2.00
     • Each additional page: $1.25

 

PAYMENT TERMS

  • For card transactions under $20: $0.75 processing fee

  • For card transactions over $20:
     • In-person: 3.1% fee
     • Remote: 3.5% fee
